Happy Bandcamp Friday! Today Bandcamp is once again waiving its revenue share and passing along all proceeds to artists and labels. For the occasion, we are celebrating the music of The Weather Station, with a very limited translucent clear white vinyl edition of their gorgeous self-titled 2017 record, available while supplies last. The first 50 orders get a copy autographed by Tamara Lindeman, who writes:”What better color to signify 2020 than clear? This special edition of 2017’s S/T record is translucent; revealing everything, just like 2020.”

Additionally, all revenues today from digital download sales of the two PoB albums by the Weather Station—both the S/T record and Loyalty (2015)—will be donated to ESN.

Encampment Support Network is an informal organization that has been supporting unhoused people in Toronto through the Covid-19 pandemic. With the help of donations, ESN has managed to provide tents, sleeping bags, water, food, ice, generators, first aid kits, and other support to those living in tents in Toronto at this time. ESN has no institutional support, but rather is an ad hoc organization of musicians, artists, and locals who have given their time and energy to make sure those living unhoused in their neighborhoods receive assistance.
