Steve Gunn’s “Way Out Weather” Video Premieres on Stereogum.

“Way Out Weather,” the title track off the new Steve Gunn album, “is a sun-dappled, easy highway song, the gleam of guitar pressing against the tarriness of Gunn’s voice,” as described by The Guardian. Shot while on a 1000K motorcycle trek through Mongolia in 2007, KT Auleta’s dreamlike video for “Way Out Weather” is a gorgeous, expansive visual accompaniment.

Never did we imagine when we first starting working with our friend Patrick Haggerty of Lavender Country that he’d one day hit the road again with a new band to take his songs and stories of gay liberation to the people. But here we are. So come out, come to Lavender Country!
